Amore Italiana – The Italian Schlager Night
Al Bano and Romina Power at "Amore Italiana – The Italian Schlager Night" on the Seebühne Mörbisch
August 4, 2025
On August 4, 2025, Mörbisch on Lake Neusiedl will transform into a romantic coastal town, just like on the Adriatic, when the top stars of Italo-Schlager, Al Bano and Romina Power, perform their timeless hits at "Amore Italiana – The Italian Schlager Night" on the Seebühne. With Pupo (Su di noi), the gravelly-voiced Drupi (Piccola e fragile), and opera singer Rossana Potenza, the pre-program is also “molto bene” (very good).
Vienna/Mörbisch, November 12, 2024 – The Seebühne in Mörbisch on Lake Neusiedl will become the perfect backdrop for a summer night full of Italian romance on August 4, 2025. At "Amore Italiana – The Italian Schlager Night," Al Bano and Romina Power, the undisputed stars of Italo-Schlager, along with other Italo-pop legends, will invite the audience to an evening full of passion and timeless melodies made in Italy. Accompanied by a live band, they will perform their classics "Felicità," "Sempre Sempre," "Ci sarà," and many more anthems to love and life.
Eternal Italian Evergreens
Alongside these two world stars, other top artists will create goosebumps moments. The Italian singer Pupo, famous for his hit "Su di noi," will take the audience into the dream world of the 80s with his gentle voice and heartfelt ballads. Drupi will add a special touch with his unmistakable "gravelly voice," evoking a nostalgic mood with songs like "Piccola e fragile." The program will be rounded off by opera singer Rossana Potenza, whose powerful voice and stage presence uniquely interpret the great emotions of Italian music. "I am very happy that I was able to convince Al Bano & Romina to give a final performance at the Seebühne Mörbisch. I am even more excited that they will give a full concert at my Italo-Schlager Night 'Amore Italiana.' Their performance, along with the three exceptional artists Pupo, Drupi, and Rossana Potenza in the pre-program, will make the evening an unforgettable experience for all Italo-Schlager fans," said organizer Wolfgang Werner.
Program and cast
Seebühne Mörbisch - Mörbisch Am See
The lake stage is embedded within the “Neusiedlersee National Park”, at the edge of the Hungarian lowlands, where the landscape appears graceful and endless, and shows off its unique flora and fauna – truly a jewel of nature.
The stands have space for 6200 visitors, but no matter which row you select, all festival guests have an excellent view not only of the action on the stage but also of the Hungarian landscape.
The stands are surrounded by speakers mounted at a height of 8 - 14 m, which use world-class sound technology to impart spatial information using a special simulation system: if the singer moves, his voice appears to move with him, making the auditory signal comparable with that in an enclosed room.
